History of Ancient Archaeological Rock Carving in India -part 1
Today I am going to Explore ancient caves history which is carved before 2000 years at Maharashtara, India known as Aurangabad Caves. Aurangabad is a city located in the geographical west of Maharashtra, roughly we can say in Madhya Maharashtra. This city has a big history. The city is surrounded by many ancient temples, forts and caves, one example of which is the Ghrishneshwar Temple, along with the Verul and Ajanta Caves, which are UNESCO World Heritage Sites and hence Aurangabad is called the tourism capital of Maharashtra. Chaitya Cave But if someone tells you that there is a replica of Ajantha and Verul caves in Aurangabad, so you will not believe it, but wait a little, these Aurangabad caves are just 7 to 8 km from Aurangabad known as Aurangabad Caves, they are directly related to Ajantha Verul caves How??
